These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deeper mobile application ("App"), provided by Deeper ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Use of the App

You must be at least 17 years old to access and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

In-App Purchases

By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any applicable taxes. In-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store or platform from which you downloaded the App.

Refunds

Refund requests are exclusively handled by Apple (for iOS users) and Google (for Android users) through their respective payment systems. Deeper does not have the authority or capability to process refunds directly. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in accordance with their refund policies and guidelines.

It is important to note that Apple and Google independently decide whether a refund will be issued. Deeper cannot guarantee the outcome of any refund request, as it is subject to their internal policies and procedures.

If you experience issues with the refund or cancellation process, we recommend contacting Apple or Google directly through their support channels. While Deeper is unable to process refunds, we are available to provide guidance and clarify any concerns related to your account.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deeper and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly via the in-app settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Use the App to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
